DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Eyecare Services Partners (ESP), the national leader in integrated eye care services, announced that Stephen Woods, CFA, CPA, has joined the Company as Vice President of Finance effective July 29. Mr. Woods reports to Chief Financial Officer Aaron Cho and leads ESP’s Corporate Finance function where he will be responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial operations, and financial management support for initiatives to grow organically and through acquisitions.
Mr. Woods was previously Vice President of Finance for Evolution Health, where he was responsible for FP&A and financial operations. Prior to that he was Director of FP&A for Jordan Health Services, Finance Manager with Accelion Health and Beaumont Home Health Services, and Business Analyst and Controller for Current Energy, a Halton Group company. He also spent several years in the financial services industry leading analysis to support investment decisions.
