Keep It Cool: Making the Mac Malware-Free

The Apple Macintosh has always been perceived as a 'cool' machine. The design, the user-friendly features, the whole cachet contributes to that impression. But there's at least one other factor: built-in security, which helps keep it so much cleaner than its Windows rivals, particularly with malware. To be clear, Mac OS X security is pretty decent, but it's far from perfect. Mac users are famed for their familiarity with the machine, but I know from experience that's not always the case.
